We develop and coach local bridge people to start relationships with gang neighbors and to rally and equip their churches for ongoing engagement.

Bridge People
Bridge people focus on outreach to the gang and on mobilizing their church for long term gospel engagement with gang neighbors. As Prodigal Sons, we work to support these men and women through coaching, training, and teamwork as they seek to faithfully love and lead their church to love gang neighbors.
We envision bridge people engaging at the following levels:
Point People
Church members with a willingness to engage with neighbors as a representative of the church. They desire to help the church engage, and they advocate in the church for gospel advancement to the gang neighbors.
Local Champions
Volunteers who have a big heart for the gang and the church and rally their local church to enagage in relationships and opportunities that they have developed
Missionaries
Reach local gang members and equip their church for long-term engagement. They own Prodigal Sons' broader vision and as a result, regularly partner with other Prodigal Sons missionaries and point people to support broad gang engagement.
Church members with a willingness to engage with neighbors as a representative of the church. They desire to help the church engage, and they advocate in the church for gospel advancement to the gang neighbors.
